Taking relief from abnormal course conditions, dangerous animals and embedded ball
Rule 16 covers free relief from abnormal course conditions: animal holes, ground under repair, immovable obstructions and temporary water. It also covers a dangerous animal condition, and an embedded ball in the general area (your ball is in its own pitch mark, partly below ground level).
