Stroke Index
The Stroke Index (SI) is a numbering from 1 to 18 on the scorecard that determines on which holes a player receives their handicap strokes. The Committee sets this index and uses it to apply handicap strokes on a hole-by-hole basis. For Stableford competitions, this is essential for calculating the points per hole.
