1. Who are we?

Golfregels.app is a learning platform for golfers, offered as an iOS app. By using our services you agree to these terms.

2. Access to the service

The app is free to download. The rules and definitions are freely accessible; the full course, all exams and the AI Coach are part of the Premium subscription with a free trial period.

3. Subscriptions and payment

• The Premium subscription is billed yearly through Apple In-App Purchase (iPhone and iPad) or Google Play (Android).
• Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
• You can cancel at any time via your Apple subscription settings; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple.

4. Use of the service

You may not copy, distribute or commercially exploit content, use the service for unlawful purposes, or use automated systems to query the service (scraping).

5. Intellectual property

All content is owned by Golfregels.app or licensed. Reproduction without permission is not allowed.

6. Liability

Golfregels.app strives for correct and up-to-date information but cannot guarantee that all content is error-free. We are not liable for damage resulting from the use of our services. For competitions, always consult the official rulebook for definitive rules interpretations.

7. Changes

We reserve the right to change these terms. Continued use after a change counts as acceptance.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
