Dog-leg

Illustration for Dog-leg

A dog-leg is a golf hole with a clear bend (resembling a dog's leg), often so sharp that the putting green isn't visible from the tee. Although this isn't an officially defined term in the rules of golf, it's commonly used to describe the layout of a hole and is essential for determining your playing strategy.
