PCC (Playing Conditions Calculation)
An automatic adjustment from -1 to +3 that the World Handicap System applies when conditions on a given day clearly differ from normal, for example due to wind or rain. It's calculated from all rounds played on the course that day, so you never estimate it yourself. In the Score Differential formula: (113 / Slope Rating) × (Adjusted Gross Score − Course Rating − PCC).
