PCC (Playing Conditions Calculation)
An automatic adjustment from −1 to +3 that the World Handicap System applies when playing conditions on a given day clearly differ from normal (for example due to wind, rain, or difficult pin positions). The PCC is calculated based on all rounds played on the course that day, so you don't have to estimate it yourself. It's included as a correction in the daily score differential formula: (113 / Slope Rating) × (Adjusted Gross Score − Course Rating − PCC).
