Any counsel or suggestion that could influence a player in deciding what club to use, how to make a stroke, or how to play a hole or the course. However, advice does not include information on the Rules, publicly available information such as the position of another player's ball, the distance to a feature, or the location of a bunker or penalty area, or the position of the flagstick on the putting green.
