Ball moved
Your ball at rest has moved if it leaves its spot and comes to rest somewhere else, visible to the naked eye. If it only oscillates and stays or returns to the same spot, it hasn't moved. You only treat your ball as having moved if that's known or virtually certain (Rule 9.2a).
